PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE on your air conditioning and heating systems. In addition to the comprehensive cleaning we perform, we lubricate components according to the manufacturer specifications, perform inspections, test and analyze components. We will also replace any worn parts possibly eliminating a future service call so you are not inconvenienced.

PARTS & LABOR for repairs due to mechanical breakdown. This means you do not incur any additional expenses, regardless of the cost of the components or the length of time required performing the repairs. (We only exclude non-repairable components, see enclosed form).

GUARANTEED SAME DAY SERVICE for mechanical breakdown provided we are notified before noon (includes Saturday, Sunday and holidays). This service is provided 365 DAYS A YEAR. Should you call for service, you will always speak to a person and NEVER a machine, regardless of the day or time you call.

The key benefit of this plan is that it makes you a priority customer. Your needs take precedence over our regular service schedule. You come first on cleaning, maintenance and repair.
