A. Yes, our employees are all EPA certified in the proper handling of freon
to help protect the environment.
Q. Do your furnaces and air conditioners carry the Energy Star rating which
identifies them as fuel efficient applicances?
A. We offer Energy Star Rated heating and cooling equipment.
Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, or Discover.
Q. Can I count on service after the sell?
A. Yes, we have been in business for 29 years and have a very skilled team
of technicians to service our customers after the sale.
Q. What advantage does having a Warranty Service Plan offer me as a
customer?
A. As a contract customer you will be given priority treatment on all repair
calls. If your service request is made by noon then you will receive service
the same day. In addition, we take care of routine maintenenace items on
your equipment to insure it is ready for the heating or cooling season.
